Banana Cinnamon Smoothie

I love a banana and cinnamon smoothie! They are soooo delicious and super simple to make! If that wasn't enough of a reason to whip out the blender and make one right now, let me give you some other health benefits:

Ingredients for 1 serving:

250ml of almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 bananas
1 Tsp. true cinnamon (plus extra for dusting on top)

Method:

Please all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for approximately 30 seconds until smooth.
Pour into glass, dust with cinnamon and serve!
